FAQ
- 01
Which cup is for which coffee?
The studio's own pairing: each cup for the drink it was made to hold, filled to where it is meant to be filled rather than to the brim.
- Cortado & espresso
- LILO,120ml /4.0oz
- Pour-over & tea
- KUBO,180ml /6.0oz
- Cappuccino
- OKKO,200ml /6.8oz
- Large latte
- LUKKA-L,300ml /10.0oz
Our other cups are sized between these, and here you can explore them.
- 02
Where are the cups made?
Every piece is cast, glazed and fired by us at the studio in south Tel Aviv, from our own molds and our own glaze recipes.
- 03
Will mine look exactly like the photograph?
Close, and not exactly. Each piece is made by hand, so there are small differences in glaze and surface from one to the next, and that is the nature of the thing rather than a fault.
- 04
Dishwasher, microwave, oven?
All three. The pieces are fired to 1200C / 2200F, which is far beyond anything a kitchen will ask of them, and the glazes are made to be used rather than looked after.
- 05
What is the difference between a color and a glaze?
A glaze is a coating fired onto the cup, and ours are named after plants and stones. A color is the clay itself, tinted before the piece is cast, and only the Seaside collection is made that way.

Do you ship to me?
Yes, worldwide, from the studio. An order takes 1 to 4 days to pack and send, and FedEx Economy reaches most destinations in 7 to 14 days from there; Express is an upgrade at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and the same everywhere; the shipping rate is worked out from your address. The shipping page has the rest.

Do you sell to cafes and shops?
Yes. Write to us at hello@odakahome.com and tell us roughly what you need and when. We will gladly talk through your needs and what we can make, and put together an offer for you.
